Terms & Conditions
1. The pharmacist agrees to work the accepted shift(s) in an efficient and timely manner. The pharmacist also agrees to abide by the client’s store policies and procedures.
2. The pharmacist will show up on time for work at the pharmacy location.
3. The pharmacist will not cancel the accepted shift under any circumstances.
4. In case of a no show, the pharmacist will be required to provide another pharmacist in his/her place using same agreed upon shift fees. The replacement pharmacist will have to register on PRJ’s website. PRJ must be notified a minimum of 48 hours prior to the commencement of the shift.
5. PRJ is responsible to pay the pharmacist upon satisfactory completion of the relief shift and submission of invoice. The pharmacist must submit the invoice in hardcopy or softcopy to PRJ, within 7 (seven) days of completion of relief shift.
6. The grace period to pay is 7 (seven) business days from the date of completion of the relief shift, provided the invoice is submitted on time.
7. The pharmacist confirms that the licence number he/she has provided in the time of registration is valid, and he/she holds an active registration with the regulatory authorities to work in the above mentioned province.
8. The pharmacist agrees not to accept any temporary or permanent job offer directly or indirectly from the pharmacy or any third party for a period of 180 days after completing a relief shift through PRJ.
9. PRJ may terminate the agreement after giving a written/email notice 14 days prior to the cancellation.
10. An Electronic/Digital copy, photo copy or a facsimile of this agreement will be considered original.
11. The parmacist agrees to PRJ terms and conditions for permenant part time and/or full time jobs.
12. PRJ can terminate the agreement if the pharmacist fails to abide by the terms of agreement.
