Terms & Conditions
1. A job posting is valid for 30 days from the date of posting. Existing jobs may be edited and re-posted within 30 days.
2. Cancellation fee: CAD 100/job after the job is accepted by a pharmacist.
3. It is the responsibility of the pharmacy to check all the contents before submission.
4. PRJ reserves the right to change any or all content of the job in order to ensure compliance of the content with privacy laws, and to ensure that the standards noted in the terms and conditions are met.
5. PRJ will submit an advance invoice to the pharmacy when the job is accepted and confirmed by a pharmacist. The maximum grace period for each invoice is 15 days.
6. PRJ will retain a service fee from the payment made by the pharmacy for the job.
7. The pharmacy is responsible for checking the identification and license of the pharmacist when he/she arrives for work.
8. The pharmacy will not offer any temporary or permanent job to a pharmacist who worked for the pharmacy through the PRJ website for a period of 180 days from the start date of work with the pharmacy.
9. The pharmacy agrees not to entice any SAGA group employee, pharmacist, vendor, supplier or partner and involve them in an activity that conflicts with the interest of PRJ.
10. The agreement can be terminated within 14 days of written/email notice.
11. Any notices between all parties shall be delivered via email or by courier. Notices will be deemed to be given once delivered.
12. An Electronic/Digital copy, photocopy or a facsimile of this agreement will be considered original.
13. The pharmacy or PRJ can terminate the agreement if the pharmacist fails to abide by the terms of agreement, or if the pharmacy at its sole discretion is not satisfied with the services provided by the pharmacist.
14. The parmacy agrees to PRJ terms and conditions for permenant part time and/or full time jobs.
